How do I create an account?
1. Click the Sign Up link on the upper right side of the page

How can I check my order?
Log into your account that you created when you purchased your shirt, and you can see where your items are in the order process. We process orders as quickly as possible. Your order should ship 2-3 business days from the time you placed your order.
What if I forgot my password?
Click “I forgot my password” which is located under the My Account link and enter your email address. Instructions to resent your password will be sent to the email address you provide. Open the email and click the link. To reset your password you will have to reenter your email address and answer your secret question.
What are Cardinal Coins?
You earn Cardinal Coins every time you make a purchase. As you earn coins, you can save them up and redeem them for merchandise on the Cardinal Fitness WebStore. Click Here for additional information
How do I redeem Cardinal Coins/Account Points?
1. Place items into your shopping cart
2. Click Checkout
3. Log into your account
4. Under Step 4 “Coupons/Promotions” select Points and click Apply
5. At the bottom of the page there will be a summary of your order and the points that have been applied
6. You will still have to enter your credit card information for shipping and taxes (You may not use Cardinal Coins toward shipping or taxes, only merchandise)
How long will it take to receive my order?

How do I return or exchange my order?
The process is simple:
1. Download a Return Form and indicate why your item is being returned or exchanged. The item must be unworn and unwashed. Sorry, any items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Include the form with the item you are returning or exchanging
3. If you would like a new item or would like to exchange your item you will be responsible for all shipping/restocking costs of $6. There is a section on the Return Form where you can indicate your payment preference.
4. If you would like a refund once your item is received we will credit the credit card you used to purchase your original order. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Please Note:
-you must return or exchange your items within 30 days of the order shipment date
-All orders of clearance merchandise are final- no returns/exchanges will be accepted.
What do I do if a mistake was made on my order?
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, or if the item is damaged, please email us at returns@cardinalfitness.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Our customer service reps will be ready to assist you and will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You will need to include that number on the Return Form. We will refund your purchase as long as the returned item is in its original condition (unworn and unwashed).
